Peer Review Policy:
We have a double blinded reviewer process which means the content is reviewed by external reviewers and the author’s identity is unknown to the reviewer.Both the reviewer and the author remain anonymous throughout the process.
Author Charges:
We aim to promote research and publications so we will not charge any publication charges.

Dr.Noor ul huda Maria took the initiative of creating the NEWS (Neurosurgery Enthusiastic Women Society). Being a woman neurosurgeon herself, she felt the need of society that would support women neurosurgeons as well as female medical students who wish to join neurosurgery. Dr.Noor has the honor of finding the WCNMSMR (World Congress of Neurosurgery for Medical Students and Medical Residents) under the kind supervision of Prof.Luis Borba, the Chair of Education and Training Committee of the WFNS (World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies). She is member of the WFNS Education and Training Commitee, the Executive Board of the AANS CNS (American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgery) joint Section for Tumors , International Member Benefit Committee and Feedback Committee of the NASS (North American Spine Society) and the ISPN (International Society of Pediatric Neurosurgery). Moreover she is a Harvard alumni and she has written 3 books, chapters for 3 other books and several national and international papers.
Prof.Luis Borba is Professor and Chair of Neurosurgery, Federal University of Parana Curitiba, Brazil.He is considered the master of skull base surgery. He is the current Chairman of Education and Training Committee of the WFNS.He has written numerous books,chapters and papers.He is an active organizer of conferences and courses.
Prof.Nelci Zanon consultant pediatric neurosurgeon at Federal University of São Paulo(UNIFESP) in Brazil, since 1995 and Head of the CENEPE Group (Pediatric Neurosurgical Center) since 2002 Nelci Zanon Collange is the President of the Brazilian Association of Medical Women the ex-Chair of Pediatric Neurosurgery Committee of the WFNS and the recent chair of Education Committee of the ISPN. She has written several books and papers and have organized many educational activities.
Prof.Victor Hugo Perez is well known neurosurgeon and neuroanatomist from Mexico. He has received appreciation for his academic contributions from all around the world .
Prof.Mahmoud Taha is Professor of Neurosurgery at Zagazig University Egypt. He is also Editor of the Zagazig University Journal. He is an active figure when it comes to organizing educational activities.
Prof.Fauzia Sajjad is the Profesor of Neurosurgery at Services Institute of Medical Sciences, Lahore Pakistan. She is the first woman neurosurgeon who has been selected as Professor of Neurosurgery in Pakistan.
Assoc.Prof.Dr Qurrat ul Ain has one of the longest experience of teaching and supervising postgraduate students. She has authored and co-authored several books and papers.
Prof.Griselda Ramirez is the past President Sectionof Pediatric Neurosurgery, Mexican Society of Neurological Surgery.She is one of the most active leaders in neurosurgery.
Prof.Juan Jose Jara is President of the Spinal Column Society of Paraguay with special interest in teaching and research.
